What build options are available?
Nimbus Guitars offers solid body electric instruments. Nimbus Guitars offers several designs including S-type, T-type, LP-type, and SG-type guitars. All guitars are fitted with bolt-on necks that allow for any future customization.
What repairs are offered?
Nimbus Guitars offers comprehensive repair and maintenance. Please see the services page for pricing.
What are the payment options?
Nimbus Guitars strives to be as flexible as possible with payments. For custom builds, a $300 down payment is requested. Nimbus Guitars is happy to accept installments up to 12 months. Your guitar will be safely held until payment in full is received.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason, your instrument is not up to your standards, Nimbus Guitars will buy back any custom build minus personalization costs. Keep in mind that when a guitar is personalized with custom inlays or logos, it takes work to prepare it for general sales. Nimbus Guitars takes pride in custom electrics and will include any additional setup or adjustment for the first 12 months after the sale.
How long will my build take to complete?
In our current market, some materials and supplies may take longer than expected to arrive. Nimbus Guitars does not have a current timeline of custom builds. Timelines and order promptness will be discussed when placing an order.
